ABU ROBOCON

On 22th August, in Tokyo 19th ABU Asia-Pacific Robot Contest were held.
So, I went there to watch it with my friend since Osaka Prefectural College of Technology.

Contest theme in this year was "Travel Together for the Victory Drums" featuring at Japan.
In summary of mission , manual robot and automatic robot carry programed robot called traveler front of the Victory Drums, and traveler robot strikes the Victory Drums.

In short, it was a robot hurdle race.
On this mission, Speed is most important thing to win.

After all, Harbin Institute of Technology in China became a champion.

However, on this convention, I think that it was not fun than any other old mission.
Because there are nothing character with any robot, most robot was nearly same.

I want to watch many unique idea in ABU Robocon.
Next year, ABU Robocon will be held in Egypt.
So, next mission is build a pyramid of block.
At least I wish next convention is more fan than in this year.
